Enjoy the convenience of our standard delivery option, available at a flat rate of $10.99 per order. For those who prefer expedited shipping, we also offer Express Post for $25.99. Choose the option that best suits your needs and have your items delivered swiftly and securely to your doorstep.
Processing Times
Your online orders are important to us. We guarantee that in-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we’ll contact you directly to keep you informed.
Delivery & Signature Requirement
By default, all orders are shipped with a requirement for a signature upon delivery. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. You can also request ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout if you’d prefer your parcel to be left without a signature. Please note that choosing this option is at your own risk. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen after being left without a signature.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The delivery times provided are estimates and are intended as a guide only. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier. Should your order arrive later than expected, and you no longer require it, you will be responsible for return postage costs, and no refund will be provided for the initial shipping charges.
Incorrect Addresses & Uncollected Orders
Please double-check that your delivery address is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee will apply if you wish to have the order sent again.
If your order is taken to the post office/pick up spot, please ensure it is collected within 5 business days. Uncollected orders will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee will apply if you would like the parcel resent. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, the return fee of $14.95, along with the original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund.
